At GFI Academy, we believe in developing not only great soccer players but also well-rounded individuals. That’s why every GFI competitive player is automatically enrolled in Player’s Life—a unique program designed to empower them in three key areas of their life. This isn’t an add-on, but an essential part of our academy’s mission to inspire growth, leadership, and excellence. 

Our commitment is to building stronger, motivated individuals who excel in all aspects of their lives.

Program pillars

Soccer

Our goal is to develop well-rounded, highly skilled players. Through our Individual Development Plan (IDP), we focus on building technical, tactical, mental, and physical strength to bring out the best in every player. 

leadership

We shape leaders who inspire on and off the field. Through Player's Life, we cultivate responsibility, integrity, and a growth mindset, preparing players for success in all aspects of life. 

social responsibility

We believe in giving back. Through community service, fundraising challenges, and our GFI Gives initiative, we inspire players to make a positive impact.

Roots Craft

U7 - U10

Duration: 4 years
Focus: Fundamental skills development, introduction to leadership and social responsibility.

Rising Stars

U11 - U14

Duration: 4 years
Focus: Intermediate skills, deeper understanding of leadership principles,increased involvement in social responsibility activities.

Path Finders

U15 - U19

Duration: 4 years
Focus: Advanced skills, leadership in practice, major social impact initiatives.

AWARDING YOUR PLAYER ON THEIR JOURNEY

Graduation Pin: After each sub-program completion participants will receive a special pin representing the graduated program to be worn on their backpack, symbolizing their achievement and progress.

First Season: August - December
Second Season: January - May

At the end of each season, participants will receive an ADP (Athlete Development Program) report evaluating their progress in each subject. The program culminates in an annual ceremony where participants are awarded certificates of completion, with a special award night recognizing the best performers in each subject.
