PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE ONLINE PLATFORMS, DIGITAL APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITES OF “GLOBAL FOOTBALL INNOVATION ACADEMY” (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”).
GLOBAL FOOTBALL INNOVATION ACADEMY (hereinafter, the “Company” or “GFI Academy”, indistinctly), with legal address located in 27001 Lenze Road, Spring, Texas 77389 is responsible for the treatment of the Personal Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy)provided through the Company's online platforms, digital applications, and/or websites where this Privacy Policy is
posted (collectively, the “Websites”).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to establish and inform the general terms and conditions under which GFI Academy collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with the Websites' users and/or customers as well as to inform said users of their rights and choices connected with the use of their personal information. GFI Academy will not use, disclose, or share
its users' information except as provided herein.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Company Websites visitors. Please remember that by browsing our Websites you are implicitly agreeing to the practices and procedures described herein. If you provide any Personal Information, you also implicitly agree that said Personal Information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of GFI Academy and its authorized third parties. No sensitive Personal Information, such as Biometric information, including facial recognition, fingerprints, iris, or retina scans, keystroke, or other physical patterns, as well as National or governmental identifiers, will be collected from you.

(C) User Referrals - Users may send information about our products or services to their friends and family members by using an “E-mail to Friend” or similar features. We do not further contact those individuals without their consent.
(D) Legal Requirements - We may also share Personal Information under the following circumstances:
- if required by law, such as by a court order, statute, regulation or rule, through legal process, or for law enforcement purposes;
- in the event of a bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership or assignment for the benefit of our creditors;

- in response to requests from federal, state, local or foreign law and civil enforcement agencies, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
(E) Data Retention - We will only retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we have collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention periods for all Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Information, legal requirements, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.
5. USERS' RIGHTS.
You have various choices regarding the collection of (and are aware of how we will use) the Personal Information we collect from you on or through the Websites. If you have not consented to our use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy, we will only use it to complete the transaction and/or provide the service or product you have requested. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we have collected from you. activities, or any illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for any such action.
All of your Personal Information is to be treated in accordance with the current and applicable law, therefore, you’re hereby informed that either you or your legal representative have, at all times, the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment given to your Personal Information (jointly, the “ARCO rights”), and the right to revoke the given consent for the treatment thereof; insomuch as your ARCO rights may be exercised through the following e-mail address: 27001 Lenze Road, Spring, Texas, 77389.
Through such e-mail your requests will be addresses, complying with all requirements, in its due time. For the Company to follow up with your request, either you or your legal representative, shall present all identification documents required, for each specific case, to verify your identity, to the contrary, the Company will not be obliged to carry your request, given that it is the Company’s intent to preserve your Personal Information data at all times.
You have the right to know and confirm that we are processing your Personal Information. You also have a right to access and see what data and Personal information we have collected from you. To the extent feasible, you may request for us to also provide a copy of your Personal Information that you previously provided. Likewise, you have the right to correct any inaccuracies in the data and Personal Information provided to us.
We will confirm receipt of your request, within ten (10) business days. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
6. CONSENT.
By using any of our Websites you consent to this Privacy Policy in its entirety and, therefore, to us using your Personal Information. If you do not agree, partially or completely, with this Privacy Policy, you must communicate said situation to us via the e-mail set forth in Section “5” above, to the contrary, it will be understood that you are in express and complete agreement herewith.
7. MINORS.
Minors, pursuant to the applicable law, are not allowed to use the Websites without parental consent and strict supervision of their parents and/or guardians. If a minor misuse any of the Websites, said minor's parents and/or guardians will be solely responsible and will answer before the Company for any damage that the minor under their care may cause.
When it comes to the collection of Personal Information from children under the age of 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online; however, for avoidance of any doubt, and as a general rule, the Company does not specifically market to children under the age of 13.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.
Any and all changes made to our Privacy Policy will be informed to the users through the e-mail with which they registered in our Websites. Any amendments will also be reflected in this document, which may be consulted at any times through any of the Websites, where the users will always have access to the changes and last versions hereof.

The user recognizes that the Company, through its Websites, uses cookies and/or similar technologies. Cookies are information files stored in your computer or mobile devices that contain anonymous information identifying the user characteristics while engaging with the Websites. This technology allows the Websites to “remember” data about the users', user preferences and, as a
result thereof, enable it to modify the users' experience.
