We offer the highest level soccer for both boys and girls. Girls born between 2015 and 2006 can join our Girls DPL teams. Boys born between 2015 and 2006 have the opportunity to join MLS Next Gen, Texas Next, and MLS Next teams.

DPL Next players, born between 2015 and 2013, are high-level athletes aiming to compete in the DPL and beyond.

DPL

Our DPL teams, featuring players born between 2012 and 2006, compete against top Girls Academies in Youth Soccer, offering valuable development opportunities.

MLS Next Gen

MLS Next Gen is for players born between 2015 and 2013. These athletes are driven and skilled, aiming to compete at the MLS Next and Texas Next levels.

Texas Next

Texas Next, the second division of MLS Next, is for players born between 2012 and 2006. It prioritizes competitive excellence, allowing top athletes to compete locally while training alongside our MLS Next teams.

MLS Next

MLS Next is the highest level for boys born between 2012 and 2006, within our High-Performance Pathway. If you want to compete at the highest level against MLS Academies, GFI Academy has the platform to support those ambitions.

The annual training and league fees are $2,575, if you pay in full.

The annual training and league fees are $2,350, if you pay in full.

The annual training and league fees are $2,575, if you pay in full.

The annual training and league fees are $2,800, if you pay in full.

*We offer month-by-month or 6-month payment plan options*
**Financial aid is available based on need. We also offer a 10% discount for families with three or more players**

The cost of uniforms is not included in your player’s training and league fees. All high performance uniform kits are available through Soccer.com at $330. These uniforms are valid from Fall 2023 to Summer 2025.

DPL Next

Our DPL Next Girls compete in local Houston leagues, with the chance to participate in national showcases based on their performance throughout the season.

DPL

As part of the Lonestar DPL Conference, our teams will compete both regionally and nationally, with incredible opportunities such as the DPL Spring Showcase and Winter Showcase, along with the chance to qualify for the Summit Event.

MLS Next Gen

MLS Next Generation players are high-level athletes with ambitions to compete at the MLS Next and Texas Next levels. Our Next Gen teams
compete in the highest leagues in South Texas Youth Soccer and tournaments that provide meaningful development opportunities.

Texas Next

Texas Next is the second division of the MLS Next league, co-founded by GFI Academy, MLS Next, and other top clubs. We participate in local Texas leagues while gaining national exposure through high-profile showcases.

MLS Next

The MLS Next league is the premier boys' youth soccer competition in the U.S., featuring the nation's top teams and players. We compete in the Frontier division, traveling out of state and playing on the national stage.

Players are evaluated by our coaching staff and then placed on a team that is developmentally appropriate for the individual.  Team placement is designed to create the correct balance of challenge and success to support the long-term individual development of the player.
